Dr. Vanessa White
A consummate student of the dental arts, Dr. White takes over 100 hours of continuing education credits each year. Her interests include pathology, prosthodontics, and various facets of general and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. White is passionate about expanding her clinical skills and is currently working towards her Fellowship within the Academy of General Dentistry. This level of commitment gives Dr. White six times the required amount of continued education and as a result, she and her team, are able to provide her patients with the latest dental techniques at the highest standard of care. In addition to being an expert dentist, Dr. White places the highest priority on building relationships with her patients. This philosophy is put into practice so that every patient feels like they are part of a family, starting from their very first appointment. Dr. White enjoys working with patients of all ages from children to older adults. When Dr. White is not practicing Dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She also loves exploring, traveling, and movies.
Dr. Tamara Evans
Pediatric Dentist, Dr. Tamara N. Evans specializes in working with infants, children, teens, and those with special healthcare needs. She has a kind and gentle voice which seems to sooth her patients while she informs each patient and parent that it is our goal to make each visit, especially the first dental visits fun and enjoyable. Dr. Evans’ prides herself on her ability to listen to all question, concerns and fears, so that she and each family may develop the most effective treatment and home care regimen.
A native of North Carolina, Dr. Evans loves the Carolinas, having spent the first 10 years of her career in Greensboro, NC an area that she loved and had to give the first of her fruits to. While completing her undergraduate studies at North Carolina A & T State University Dr. Evans was need of Wisdom teeth extractions. Uninsured and a student she was able to have the procedure completed at a public health clinic. Forever indebted, her way of repaying such a kind gesture, after dental school returned to Greensboro and other rural communities to serve their underserved population and communities. In her free time Dr. Evans enjoys spending time with family, traveling and attending church – and if there is a Hallmark movie you’d like to know more about – just ask! Dr. Evans especially enjoys watching Hallmark Christmas movies in July while anxiously awaiting the arrival of October so that she can begin her Christmas shopping and decorating.
